Situated very close to the centre but calm

Poor breakfast and restaurant team inattentive, Swimming Pool not looked after

The hotel was comfortable, close to the centre of San Pedro de Atacama, the staff were congenial and we had no problems with our stay.

The breakfast buffet starts at 07h30. Most of the tours leave at 07h00 meaning that you miss having breakfast. Breakfast should start at 06h00 so that those leaving on tours could have breakfast before they leave. Also, the only coffee is Nescafe instant coffee--surely a hotel of this quality could have good quality perked, brewed, plungered coffee. Also there is never any milk or cream out with the coffee.

For the money this was one of the worst values we have encountered in our travels. The staff, while friendly, was poorly trained. Small matters such as pillowcases too short to encase the pillows only added to the overall unsatisfactory experience. Had the price per night been $ 90 instead of $ 193 USD all listed shortcomings would have been taken in stride.

Excellent location right by the main street. Nice and clean room and excellent shower, which is a bless in san Pedro after all the tours.

Kind of expensive, but all hotels are in san Pedro Breakfast just ok.

Ignorantes und zumeist unfreundliches Personal vor allem an der Rezeption, Frühstück hat wenig Auswahl und die Qualität ist sehr schlecht (trockene oder unreife Früchte, Brot alt, süße Backwaren komplett überzuckert, ...), Einrichtung sehr altmodisch, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis is vollkommen unverhältnismäßig

Die Lage ist gut, man geht nur zwei Straßenecken und ist im Zentrum.

Das Personal an der Rezeption, Bar etc. war immer sehr hilfsbereit, bis auf eine ältere Dame (wohl die Chefin) an der Rezeption, die nur muffig rüberkam. Das Wasser in der Dusche war trotz täglicher Reklamation nur lauwarm. Sehr kleines Zimmer.

Zentrum ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Netter Poolbereich.

Obwohl das Hotel schon etwas abseits liegt, ist es teilweise nachts sehr laut von der Innenstadt her.

O sorriso e eficiência e delicadeza dos funcionários. A luminosidade do próprio hotel. A proximidade com o pequeno núcleo central da pequena cidade.

Os funcionários não atendem bem. Durante o café da manhã tínhamos que estar solicitando o que comer. A internet no apartamento funciona com sinal muito baixo ou nenhum. Apesar do calor não possui ar condicionado ou ventilador. O televisor no apartamento só tem dois canais e a imagem é péssima. Qualquer solicitação para a portaria tínhamos que pedir mais de um vez para sermos atendidos. A relação custo/benefício é muito baixa.

観光地のためか、値段がすごく高かったですが、いいホテルでした。 プールがあり、暑い時期に行くのであれば泳ぐ事もできていいです。 ドライヤーや、タオルなど設備もしっかりとしていました。 場所もかなり中心地。

2泊して一度停電しましたが、サンペドロではよくあることのようです。

Para quem esperava o 'luxo' de um hostal, a hosteria se mostrou muito melhor (o que compensa o preço de hotel 4 estrelas). O quarto que pegamos (suite superior) era razoavelmente silencioso e havia calefação suficiente para nos proteger do frio do deserto. As toalhas e lençois pareciam limpos. Pra quem quiser ir de carro ou moto, o lugar parece ideal.

O café da manhã é bem básico (se considerada a diária de 171 dolares). A cozinha só abre às 7h30, o que impede de tomar o dejayuno nos dias de passeio matutino (todos começam antes). Se quiser que te reservem um lanche básico (suco, misto frio e potinho com pessego em calda), tem que pedir até as 21h, depois do que a cozinha fecha e babau. A limpeza dos quartos inicialmente parece ruim, porque vc entra e vê a poeira no carpete; depois, percebe que não tem como fazer muito melhor, porque a poeira do deserto é implacável. No mais, as camas e banheiros pareciam bem limpos. A água é salobra e calária, o que deixa uma sensação de sair meio salgado e ressecado do banho (recomenda-se levar uma loçao pós banho, mesmo que seja a primeira vez da vida). Mesmo assim, comparando essa hosteria com o que há por lá, eu recomendaria ficar nessa mesmo.
